User Agreement

1. General Provisions

2. User Rights and Obligations

2.2. The User is prohibited from:

• Using the Product for fraud, hacking, malware distribution, or other illegal activities.

• Transferring usage rights to third parties without the Company’s consent.

• Modifying, decompiling, or distributing the software without the Company’s consent.

• Using AURORIUM AI for purposes that violate the laws of their country or international legal standards.

• Using the browser for spam mailing, phishing, fraud, bypassing restrictions, or other unlawful activities.

• Creating excessive load on service infrastructure or interfering with normal operation for other users.

3. Liability of the Parties

3.1. The Company is not liable for:

• Improper use of the browser by the User.

• Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of data, profit, reputation, etc.

• Account bans on third-party platforms caused by anti-detect technology specifics.

• In case of violations of this Agreement, the Company may suspend or fully block the User’s access to the service without refund.

3.2. The User is solely responsible for the risks related to using AURORIUM AI and agrees to use it within legally permitted limits.

4. Privacy and Data

4.1. The Company collects only the minimum data required for service operation (for example, device information for generating digital fingerprints).

4.2. We do not store browser history, cookies, or other user data without explicit consent.

5. Intellectual Property

9.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
