Referral Program Terms

1. Key Definitions

1.1. Any person who is a user of Aurorium may participate in the referral program.

1.1.1. A referral program participant independently, without the assistance of third parties, places product advertising on their own resources in order to attract new users to the product and receive a percentage of the payments made by them.

1.1.2. Each referral program participant confirms that they have read these rules, fully and unconditionally accept their terms, and guarantee that they will comply with them throughout the entire term of the partner program.

1.2. Referral identifiers and tools used to attract new users include a referral code and a referral link.

1.2.1. A referral program participant becomes the owner of an individual referral link and an individual referral code after creating them in the personal account. One Aurorium user may create and own only one pair: “referral code + referral link”.

1.2.2. The referral code and referral link do not differ in terms of the referral program rules. The amount of reward for an attracted new user does not depend on whether the referral code was entered during registration or the referral link was used.

2. Obligations and Liability of the Referral Program Organizer

2.1. The Aurorium team (hereinafter referred to as the referral program organizer) undertakes to:

2.1.1. Accrue bonuses to referral program participants in the amount of 15% of payments for subscriptions made by users they referred (referrals).

2.1.2. Ensure clear and transparent statistics in the personal account regarding the number of registered users, the number of their payments, and the amount of accrued referral bonuses.

2.2. The referral program organizer is not liable to participants for:

2.2.1. Non-performance or untimely performance by participants of the referral program rules.

2.2.2. The correctness and accuracy of personal data and information provided by participants, such as crypto wallet addresses and the network in which the transaction is performed.

2.2.3. Possible failures in the operation of communication operators directly serving participants, system failures, and other technical problems of the internet provider.

2.2.4. Force majeure circumstances.

3. Aurorium Referral Program Rules[a]

3.1. The owner of a referral link or referral code has the right to transfer them to third parties, as well as distribute and promote them within their community in order to attract new users to register for and use Aurorium products.

3.2. An internet user who has not previously registered with Aurorium registers in the product by following a referral link or entering a referral code in the corresponding field when completing the registration form (hereinafter referred to as the “Referral”).

3.3. For each activated Referral, the referral program participant receives 15% of the Referral’s payments for an Aurorium subscription for 3 years from the registration date.

3.4. Bonuses are credited to the “Partner Program” section of the Aurorium personal account within one week.

3.5. Withdrawal of bonuses from the “Partner Program” section of the Aurorium personal account to your account is possible 1 calendar week after contacting Aurorium support. For security and fraud prevention purposes, all payouts are processed manually.

3.6. Bonuses received by a referral program participant cannot be transferred to another Aurorium account.

4. Prohibited Uses of the Referral Program

4.1. Sending spam using a referral code or referral link.

4.2. Participation in the referral program by Aurorium employees and/or their close relatives.

4.3. When creating an individual referral code, a number of restrictions apply to the use of words and phrases, including:

4.3.1. The use of the word “official” and its derivatives in advertising materials, except for the phrase “official partner” and its derivatives.

4.3.2. The use of branded queries, product names, including translations of these phrases into any language other than English, and product domain names as keywords in contextual advertising campaigns:

4.3.2.3. Aurorium browser

4.3.2.4. Aurorium AI antidetect

4.3.2.5. Aurorium AI antidetect browser

4.3.3. It is prohibited to use the names of third-party service brands, companies, and influencers in the referral code name if the referral program participant has no direct relation to them.

4.3.4. It is prohibited to use political, obscene, offensive subtexts, words, or phrases in the referral code name that directly or indirectly violate generally accepted ethical standards.

4.4. The Aurorium team reviews all requests and, if violations are identified, reserves the right to refuse payment of referral rewards and/or block the account.

4.5. The Aurorium team reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of the partner program.
