1. Acceptance of terms

1.1. By using AURORIUM AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.

1.2. If you do not agree with any provision, stop using the browser.

1.3. We reserve the right to change the Terms without prior notice. Continued use of the service after changes means your acceptance of the new version.

2. Rights and limitations

2.1. AURORIUM AI is provided under a license. You receive the right to use the browser for personal or commercial purposes, but you may not:

• Distribute, copy, or modify the software without our permission.

• Use the browser for illegal activities, including fraud, hacking, or malware distribution.

• Remove or bypass security functions, licensing and technical restrictions, or attempt to decompile the code.

• Rent, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the software to third parties.

• Use temporary email addresses for registration (this may lead to access blocking and data loss).

• Overload servers, perform hacking actions, or violate other users’ accounts or networks.

2.2. We reserve the right to block access to the service in case of violations of the Terms.

3. Privacy and user data

3.1. AURORIUM AI does not collect or store your personal data without necessity. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

3.2. You are responsible for keeping your credentials (logins, passwords, browser profiles) secure.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of confidential information, or business interruption - even if such risks were brought to our attention.

5. Subscription, payments, and tokens

1. Using Aurorium AI is possible based on a paid subscription.
2. Payment is made in tokens - a virtual currency that cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred to third parties, or converted. (1 token = 1 unit of conditional currency).
3. Supported payment methods include bank cards (Visa, MasterCard) and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, etc.). The company reserves the right to change available payment methods and may refuse service at its discretion.
4. All refund requests are processed according to the applicable refund policy.

6. Registration and account

Registration is required for most features. You must provide accurate information, keep access confidential, and prevent unauthorized use of your account.

7. Multi-accounting and trial access

Any attempts to create multiple accounts to bypass a paid subscription or obtain benefits without permission are considered a violation and may result in immediate access blocking and data loss.

8. Updates

We may release software updates at our discretion. You agree to install them in a timely manner. Updates become part of the software product and are governed by these same Terms.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect as long as you comply with them. We may terminate service or revoke your rights at any time in case of violations. After termination, you must delete all copies of the software.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. All disputes are considered in the courts of the appropriate jurisdiction.

11. Changes to the Terms

AURORIUM AI reserves the right to change the Terms at any time. Users are advised to regularly review the current version. Claims that changes were not communicated are not accepted.
