By purchasing a subscription to AURORIUM AI, the user acknowledges and agrees that paid services are considered rendered from the moment access to the product functionality is granted, regardless of the degree of subsequent use.
2. Refund request deadline
A refund request must be submitted no later than 72 hours from the time of payment. After this period, refunds are not issued, even if the product was not used.
3. Conditions under which a refund is possible
A refund is possible in the following situations:

• An erroneous charge occurred (double payment, incorrect amount).
• The service was completely unavailable for technical reasons for more than 24 consecutive hours, making it impossible to use the paid subscription.

4. Refunds are not issued in the following cases:
• The user purchased a subscription but did not use the product for personal reasons.

• Attempts to bypass or violations of the user agreement and/or terms of use.
• Refunds for payments made more than 72 hours ago.
• Use of third-party payment systems with refund limitations (including cryptocurrency).
• The service was partially or fully used (for example, sessions were launched in the anti-detect browser).
5. How to submit a refund request
To submit a refund request, you must:

- Provide the following information:

7. Features when paying with cryptocurrency
When paying with cryptocurrency, a refund is possible only if there is a technical error caused by a failure on the AURORIUM AI side. The refund is issued in an equivalent amount determined at the time of approval at the current exchange rate. We do not refund funds in the case of erroneous transfer, sending to an incorrect address, or cryptocurrency exchange rate changes.
